Our IT Equipment Ordering solution allows you to order hardware such as; printers, computers, laptops, scanners, mobile phones, desk phones, and other accessories. This is all done through electronic order forms that can be accessed by your users.

The Steps

Step 1

The budget holder is in charge of the full approval process. They can review and decide whether to approve or reject their user's orders. This is done by clicking Approve / Reject links in automated emails.

Step 2

The equipment summary form is presented back to the budget holder. This allows them to review what their users want to order and make an approval decision.

Step 3

Back-office administrators can then view all of the approved orders and deal with these further.
