Lift Supplier Management

Run the process for aids and adaptations — residential lifts and stairlifts, commissioning, quotes, and supplier checks — in one portal.

Life cycle

  1. An occupational therapist raises a request: install, amend, remove, parcel replacement, or temporary removal of a lift or stairlift.
  2. Trust staff check the details.
  3. The request is submitted to the supplier.
  4. The supplier attends site and produces a feasibility and quote.
  5. The occupational therapist authorises the work.
  6. The head of occupational therapy approves.
  7. Instructions go to the supplier. They attend site, install, and document.
  8. The supplier submits all required commissioning documents.

No work, no pay

Faster cycle

Aids and adaptations move through the trust and the supplier without a paper pile.
